A clear path from proposal to receipt.
Review each movement, approve it, then follow what was shipped, received and sold.
First understand the proposal. Then track the transfer. Finally separate what was observed from what was estimated.
From your sales to the next replenishment.
Allocator prepares the movements. Your team decides and follows them through.

With Jordan: 20 min to walk through a proposal, then 10 min for your questions. No Shopify connection needed.
Measurein-store sales of the transferred pieces within 30 days of real reception, capped at the units received.
Window30 days after the goods actually arrived — not after the transfer was created. Open windows are excluded: the figure would climb on its own.
Valuationat the price actually collected over the window, discounts included — and never above catalogue. A valuation correction can only lower the figure.
Levelscertain, probable, assisted — shown apart, never added. “Certain” counts only the sales of sizes that were at zero before the transfer: impossible without it.
Never countedopen windows, the estimated potential of declined lines, and transfers whose origin is not the warehouse — moving stock from one store to another creates no unit.
